We run the Google Ads, build the landing pages and design the creative. One team, one invoice, one number that matters: your cost per lead.
A 30-minute strategy call. No pitch deck, no obligation.
Tell us where you’re stuck. We’ll reply within 24 hours with a plan.
Your details stay private. We never spam or sell data.
Almost every business that calls us describes one of these four situations. If you recognise yourself here, the problem usually isn’t the budget.
Impressions up, reach up, engagement up — and not one extra enquiry. You’re being shown the numbers that flatter the agency, not the ones that pay your salaries.
Nobody has ever told you what one enquiry costs you. Without that single number you cannot tell a good month from a bad one, or decide whether to spend more.
One does the ads, another the site, a third the creative. When the leads dry up, each one points at the other two and nothing gets fixed.
Price shoppers, students, people outside your service area. Your sales team stops trusting the pipeline, and the good leads get lost in the noise.
Recognise any of these? Let’s look at your account together.
We’ve run campaigns across the sectors that make up most of North India’s growth economy — and the playbook changes for each one.
Not on the list? We have probably run campaigns in it anyway.
Stop juggling five vendors. One team handles your brand, your website and your ad spend, so nothing falls between the cracks.
Google Ads, Meta Ads and lead-gen funnels tuned to cost-per-lead, not impressions. Weekly optimisation, monthly reporting.
Fast, mobile-first websites and web apps built to convert traffic into enquiries — WordPress, Shopify or fully custom.
Logo, identity, packaging and brand guidelines that make you look like the leader in your category — not a copy of one.
Content calendars, design, copy and community management that keep your brand visible between campaigns.
Ad creatives, product films and motion graphics — the assets that decide whether your ad budget works or burns.
CRM setup, WhatsApp automation and lead-routing so enquiries get followed up in minutes, not days.
Not sure which of these you need? That is what the call is for.
The platforms we work in every day
Not a vague retainer. Here is the work that happens, every month, on every account.
Ad groups rebuilt around real search intent, not whatever the last agency left behind.
Every wasted click becomes a negative keyword. This is where most budget quietly leaks.
Built and hosted by us. The promise in the ad is the headline on the page.
Form fills, calls and WhatsApp taps tracked. If it isn’t measured, it isn’t managed.
New headlines, descriptions and visuals tested against the current winners.
Spend, leads, cost per lead and what we changed. One page, plain English.
Not a ticket queue. The same strategist who built your account answers the phone.
Ad accounts in your name, every file yours to keep — including the day you leave.
This is every month, on every account. Want it on yours?
Most of our clients arrive after a bad experience somewhere else. These are the reasons they give.
| Typical Agency | RJ N Agency | |
|---|---|---|
| Contract | 6–12 month lock-in with an exit penalty | Month to month. Leave any time. |
| Ad account | Held under the agency’s own account | Yours, in your name, from day one |
| Reporting | A 40-slide deck of impressions and reach | One page: spend, leads, cost per lead |
| Who does the work | Sold by a director, run by an intern | The strategist you met runs the account |
| Landing pages | “Send traffic to your homepage” | Built and matched to each campaign |
| Scope | Ads only — creative is your problem | Ads, site, brand and video in one team |
| Time to launch | 6–8 weeks of onboarding calls | Live inside 14 days |
Switching is usually a one-day job when the account is in your name.
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We’ll look at your market, your competitors and your current numbers, and tell you what’s realistic.
Get My Growth PlanNo three-month onboarding. Here’s exactly what happens after you send the form.
30 minutes. We look at your business, your competitors and your current numbers.
A written plan with channels, budget split and the cost per lead we’re aiming at.
Creatives, landing pages and campaigns go live — usually inside two weeks.
Weekly tuning, monthly reports. We scale what works and kill what doesn’t.
Fourteen days from today, this could already be live.
So you know exactly what you’re paying for in month one — and can hold us to it.
We get access to your existing accounts, pull the last 12 months of data and tell you what we find — including the parts you won’t enjoy hearing. If a previous agency was wasting spend, you’ll see exactly where.
Keyword and competitor research for your specific market. You get a written plan: which campaigns, which budgets, which keywords, and the cost per lead we’re targeting. Nothing goes live until you’ve read it.
Conversion tracking installed and tested first — everything else is guesswork without it. Then the landing page, the ad copy and the creative get built and reviewed with you.
Campaigns switch on. First enquiries typically arrive within days, though the numbers move around while Google’s algorithm settles. We don’t touch bids in the first week — changing things too early destroys the data.
Weekly search term mining, negative keywords added, budget shifted toward whatever converts. At day 30 you get your first full report: spend, leads, cost per lead, and precisely what we changed and why.
That is month one in full. Ready to start the clock?
These six things turn up again and again in accounts handed to us by another agency. Any one of them quietly wastes a meaningful share of the budget — and every one is checkable in your account on the first call.
The single most common finding. Without it Google is optimising toward clicks instead of enquiries, and nobody can tell you what a lead costs. Everything else on this list is downstream of this one.
This report shows what people actually typed to trigger your ads. It is where you find the job-seekers, the students and the bargain-hunters you have been paying for. Reading it weekly is most of the job.
When everything sits in one bucket, one ad has to answer every search. Relevance drops, Quality Score drops, and you pay more per click than the competitor next to you for the same position.
Broad match is not the problem. Broad match with nothing telling Google what you don’t sell is. Left alone it will happily spend your budget on searches unrelated to your business.
Someone searching for one specific service lands on a page about everything you do, and has to hunt for the thing they asked for. Most of them leave instead. The click is already paid for by then.
Sometimes defending your brand term is right, sometimes it is buying traffic that was already coming to you anyway. It is worth knowing which one you are doing, and almost nobody has checked.
Want to know which of these six are sitting in your account?
Nobody honest can guarantee a result on someone else’s market. These are the things we can guarantee, because they’re entirely within our control.
Ad accounts, analytics, domains, design files, landing pages. All in your name from day one. If you leave, you leave with the lot — no export fee, no hostage-taking.
Month to month. Thirty days’ notice and we part on good terms. We would rather earn the next month than trap you in eleven of them.
From the day we have access and approval, your campaigns go live inside two weeks. If we miss that because of something on our side, the delay is on us, not on your invoice.
If the maths doesn’t work — margins too thin, market too small, offer not ready — we say so. Turning down a bad-fit retainer costs us less than a client who never should have started.
That is our side of the deal. Let us hear about yours.
“We were spending on ads with no idea what was working. Within two months our cost-per-lead dropped by more than half and we finally had reporting we could trust.”
— Gurpreet Singh, Founder, Tricity Logistics“They rebuilt our website and ran the launch campaign together. Enquiries went from a trickle to a steady flow, and the site actually looks like a brand now.”
— Amit Verma, Managing Director, TechCorp India“The best part is they behave like an in-house team. Quick replies, clear numbers, and no hiding behind jargon when something needs fixing.”
— Rohan Mehta, Head of Marketing, NorthEdge Real EstateReady to be the next one?
We’d rather lose the enquiry now than the relationship in month three. Save yourself the call if any of these describe you.
Still think we are a good match? Then let us talk.
It depends on scope. Most retainers start around ₹25,000/month plus ad spend, and one-off projects like branding or a website are quoted separately. You get exact numbers on the strategy call — no surprise invoices.
No lock-in. We work month to month on retainers. If the numbers don’t justify the spend, you should be able to walk — that keeps us honest.
Search campaigns usually produce first enquiries within days of going live. Meaningful cost-per-lead improvements typically show in 4–8 weeks, once there’s enough conversion data to optimise on.
We’re based in Mohali with a second office in Dubai. Most of our work is across Chandigarh and Tricity, the rest of Punjab (Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Patiala), and Delhi NCR including Noida and Gurgaon. Everything runs over calls and shared reporting dashboards, so distance has never been the deciding factor.
You do. Accounts are always set up under your ownership, and you keep every file we produce — even if we stop working together.
Usually not. If the ad account is in your name we take over in a day with no data lost. If it’s locked inside your current agency’s account we’ll build fresh and rerun the learning period — which is exactly why we set every account up in the client’s name.
Then say so on the call. Sometimes the honest answer is to fix the website or the offer first and hold the ad budget until it converts. We’d rather tell you that than take a retainer for a campaign that was never going to work.
It depends entirely on your market and how competitive your keywords are — a niche B2B service and a Delhi NCR real estate campaign are not remotely the same. As a floor, budgets under ₹15,000/month rarely gather enough data to optimise on. You’ll get a specific number for your market on the call, before you commit to anything.
No. We take one client per category per market. If we’re already running campaigns for a clinic in Ludhiana, we won’t take a second one — we’d be bidding your budget against your own competitor’s and both of you would pay more.
The strategist you meet on the first call. We don’t sell with a director and hand over to a trainee. You’ll have one named person, and if they’re on leave you’ll be told who’s covering and why.
We show you the data and tell you what we think is wrong — the offer, the landing page, the market, or our own campaign build. Then we fix it or we tell you it isn’t fixable. There’s no lock-in, so a bad month is our problem to solve, not yours to sit through.
